You can start investing from €5,000 and become a co-owner of the company. For this amount you receive 2% in shares of the open NBK Dark Kitchen.
Your investment is paid back to you in 36 months with a 6-month grace period from the start of sales in the company. Thus, your investment is repaid over 42 months with 36 monthly installments.
Once your investment is fully repaid, you will receive your share of the company's profits every month. That is, for an initial investment of €5000 you will receive a monthly profit share of 2%.
Between €10,000 and €39,000 you will receive 2.5% of the company profit for every €5,000 invested. For example: For an investment of €10,000 you receive 5% of the company (2X2.5%).
For an investment of €40,000 (which will cover the entire cost of opening the Dark Kitchen), we offer you 25% of the company (i.e. 3.1% of the company for €5,000).

THE FAQ
We need 40,000€ to open our first NBK Dark Kitchen location. This 40,000€ includes various expenses, including a deposit of 8,000€ for our partner who sells us the kitchen. We then pay the remaining amount within the first 6 months, as the cookers, fryers and other kitchen tools cost around €35,000. In order not to put too much of a financial burden on the company at the beginning, we prefer to pay off the kitchen first and then add the investment payments to the company expenses. This is shown in more detail in the financial model.
This is done in order to optimise a steady 36-month return on investment, irrespective of the company's profits. These fixed payments are a fixed expense of the company, and after the fixed 36 payments are completed, the investor receives a variable monthly income according to his share in the company. This is shown in more detail in the financial model.
Our financial model is based on the current figures of the NBK franchise restaurants. They already have several physical restaurants and Dark Kitchen format restaurants. We don't take numbers out of thin air. On the other hand, we have calculated our model rather pessimistically to anticipate risks and to be prepared for all situations. In addition to the advertising and marketing that the franchise carries, Kosteau Food has its own marketing department to promote its outlets.
As mentioned above, we are not a bank and we cannot guarantee a return on investment, business is business.
But we have done everything we can to reduce the risks of our investors.
The kitchen equipment represents an investment of 35,000 euros by NBK Dark Kitchen. On the professional used equipment market, there are no big discounts on such a kitchen if it is less than 5 years old and has been well maintained. Therefore, if our fast food outlet closes down and we are unable to move elsewhere with our kitchen, we will sell it to recoup most of your investment.
