This allows you to increase the ROI* of a restaurant through Kosteau Food while reducing your risk.
By investing in our neo-restaurants, you will receive a monthly share of profits. At the same time, we take care of restaurant management with our teams, using our internally developed technologies and infrastructure.
Our investor receives a regular and fixed monthly transfer corresponding to the repayment of their investment (ROI*) starting from the first year.

This step lasts for 3 years. Our investor also receives a share of the company from the beginning. Once their ROI is achieved, we will pay them the net profit on a monthly basis in proportion to the invested capital.

According to Food Service Vision, the French home-delivered food market is expected to reach €7.2 billion in 2022. In 2018, it stood at €3.3 billion.

The fast food market accounts for 37% of the total catering market and is valued at €20 billion.

Today, Dark Kitchen restaurants operate in absolutely every country where the foodtech market is booming.

E 2020, the number of restaurants in the Dark Kitchen format in the Uber Eats app has increased by 50% compared to 2019. This market momentum was obviously helped by the COVID crisis, as it was almost impossible to go out for lunch or dinner in France in 2020. Investing in dark kitchens is becoming more common, such as Not So Dark, which raised an investment round of €20 million in 2020 to develop its Dark Kitchens.

Where is the money in this business
You can start investing from €5,000 and become a co-owner of the company. For this amount you receive 2% in shares of the open NBK Dark Kitchen.

Your investment is paid back to you in 36 months with a 6-month grace period from the start of sales in the company. Thus, your investment is repaid over 42 months with 36 monthly installments.

Once your investment is fully repaid, you will receive your share of the company's profits every month. That is, for an initial investment of €5000 you will receive a monthly profit share of 2%.

Between €10,000 and €39,000 you will receive 2.5% of the company profit for every €5,000 invested. For example: For an investment of €10,000 you receive 5% of the company (2X2.5%).

For an investment of €40,000 (which will cover the entire cost of opening the Dark Kitchen), we offer you 25% of the company (i.e. 3.1% of the company for €5,000).
