August 2023 results

Thank you to Challenge The Room for hosting our team for the escape game.

It's true that August brought financial challenges. Our sales were more modest than expected, even though we had anticipated and observed a decrease in activity during the summer period. However, we view these moments as opportunities for learning and improvement. We are grateful to our customers who remained loyal even during difficult times, and we are determined to redouble our efforts to overcome these challenges and drive our future growth.

To take care of our dedicated team, we decided to close our restaurant for two weeks in August to provide our employees with well-deserved annual leave. This break allowed our team to recharge, relax, and spend quality time with their loved ones. We are confident that this will strengthen their commitment to the future success of our business.

Despite the financial challenges, we organized a team-building event with our team by going to an escape game and to a restaurant. This activity strengthened our team spirit, enhanced the bonds among our staff members, and fostered communication. We firmly believe that motivated and engaged employees are the key to long-term success.

Although August posed financial challenges, we are confident that these moments will strengthen our resilience and determination.
