September was an exciting period, marked by a significant transition and a successful inauguration. In line with our strategy discussed in previous months, we acquired a business premises in the heart of Grenoble, which we carefully renovated at the beginning of the month. Mid-September saw the grand opening of our new location, celebrated with a feast of Chicken India Cheese Naans to mark this important milestone. This transition also marked the permanent closure of our former address at Foodlab. Here's an overview of this emotionally charged month. But first, the numbers:

A New Adventure in the City Center

In September, we reached a new milestone by becoming the owners of a business premises in downtown Grenoble. During the first two weeks of the month, we embarked on significant renovation work to transform this space into a warm and welcoming restaurant. These efforts culminated in the opening of our new location on September 15th.

Successful Inauguration

Our inauguration was a great success. To celebrate this occasion, we decided to serve our delicious Chicken India Cheese Naans for lunch on the day of the opening. We welcomed nearly 200 customers for lunch, and the festive atmosphere generated tremendous excitement around our new establishment.

A Strategic Location

This new location is a boon for Kosteau Food. Situated in the vibrant Championnet neighborhood, we benefit from natural foot traffic and a strong presence in this high-traffic area. This enhances our ability to generate direct sales and promote our click-and-collect service, allowing us to reduce our reliance on delivery platforms with their high commissions.

More Spaces and Options

Our new location provides us with greater flexibility. We now have a small dining area where customers can enjoy their meals on-site, as well as a terrace for sunny days. Furthermore, we have set up a cashier and a self-ordering kiosk to make our customers' experience even smoother and more enjoyable.

Double Kitchen, Double Excitement

With the acquisition of the business premises, we also inherited a fully equipped kitchen. This now puts us in possession of two complete kitchens in Grenoble, which is an intriguing opportunity. However, we still have a surprise in store that we will reveal in next month's article.

Closure of the Foodlab Location

In connection with our transition to the city center of Grenoble, our previous location at Foodlab has been permanently closed. This decision marks the end of a memorable chapter but the beginning of an exciting new adventure.
