On March 20, we stopped the sponsored ads on Uber and put new ones in place, this time targeting all customers and with a slightly higher budget. The previous sponsorships only targeted new customers. We were able to stimulate activity on Uber, especially among customers who had already ordered from us once or twice but may have forgotten about us.
Thanks to this new advertising campaign, we were able to increase our revenue on Uber by retaining an existing customer base while also attracting new customers.

Deliveroo strategy
We also noticed on the Deliveroo platform that the brands offering a percentage discount on the entire basket were better referenced. Therefore, we implemented such an offer and remained at the top of the platform during the last 10 days of the month, which significantly increased visibility and volumes compared to February.
We were able to negotiate with Deliveroo to co-finance a special offer: 1 purchased = 1 free on our famous Naan Chicken India. This offer will be available during the first three weeks of each month from March to May, with the aim of stimulating sales and attracting new customers.
We chose this aggressive offer because it allows us to recover production costs through reimbursement from Deliveroo. Additionally, we decided to launch the offer during the first weeks of each month because that's when people usually receive their salary and are more likely to consume.

Click & Collect
We are pleased to inform you that our direct sales revenue has remained at the same level. This has allowed us to cover the costs of rent and energy through the traffic generated by our social networks. The average ticket remains stable after 1 quarter
As a reminder, we had anticipated an average ticket of €20 in Grenoble. We have been €5 higher for the past quarter, and that's a very positive sign.

In February, we launched the Naan Raclette for our winter edition, a classic move. However, this time, we wanted to go further by tapping into the Chat GPT trend. So, we asked this artificial intelligence to propose an innovative idea that we added to our menu. It's really good, and it's starting to do well. We will provide the sales results in the April news.
